2010-08-27 For order deliver to China Shenzhen

The China Customs have imposed tighter postal security measures for order deliver to Shenzhen, Shanghai and Guangdong Province ahead of the Expo 2010 Shanghai China and 16th Asian Games to be hosted on 12th November, 2010 at China Guangzhou. As per the information provided by our courier, for order deliver to Shenzhen must be change to Registered Mail** and the order delivery time may have 3 - 7 business days delayed.

** Notes for Registered Mail

• Since there is no online tracking service for Registered Mail, we regretted that we are unable to provide the tracking ID to the customer. To check the delivery status of your parcel, kindly please contact our Customer Service.
• Under the conditions below, recipient have to pick up the parcel from Post Office
• Postman will deliver the parcel to the recipient’s address one time only, if nobody receive the parcel, they will leave a notice card to the recipient
• If your address is in 2nd floor or up and no lift service, they will not deliver to your address and only notice card will be leave to the recipient

2010-08-27 For order deliver to China Fujian

Due to the tighter postal security measures from China Customs for order deliver to Fujian, whatever the parcel amount, all parcel may have seriously delay or must proceed Import Trade Declaration to customs or recipient have to proceed parcel return directly. To avoid parcel return and any lost, we will suggest customer not to deliver parcel to Fujian and provide another address that near to Fujian Province and get your parcel from your relatives and friends instead.

The China Customs have imposed tighter postal security measures for order deliver to Mainland China, the total value of every parcel must be under RMB 800 (around USD 117). If your parcel over the limited value, you have to process Import Trade Declaration or refuse parcel as according to Customs rule. Please click HERE for details

In view of the aforementioned, Sasa.com customer is requested to keep the total amount of their order under RMB 800 (per order). If customer would like to order more products and the total order amount must be over RMB 800, please kindly separate your order and place your orders into different date.
